Between ‘there is a god and there is no god lies an immense tract of subtle, mysterious and uncharted territory, where many contradictory opinions may be equally plausible.” Adolphus Huxley.  I am a member of the Unitarian Fellowship which has been arguably described as either far left Christianity or a religion unto itself. As such I prefer to follow the seven principles of Unitarian Universalism.  Notably the seventh principle being “respect for the interdependent web of all existence of which we are a part” .  In as much I don’t believe in the bible or any particular God or any God at all for that matter.  However I do think there possibly could be something more to this cosmos.  Helen Kellar said ” I believe in the immortality of the soul, as within me I have immortal longings.” That one line has been sufficient to carry me my entire life, and would sum up my idea of faith.
